Excellent so far! Zero issues with start up and set up ,plays everything thrown at it as far as gaming and doubles as school use computer. We plan on upgrading the ram for our daughter , just to give it a little more umph, everything is upgradable so it's great that it can grow with her! Absolutely recommend this setup! This PC is honestly nothing more than a fancy, overpriced brick with RGB lights on it that I’m officially done dealing with. I bought this machine expecting to actually use it, but instead, I’ve spent my entire day staring at a "No Signal" screen and fighting with a graphics card that won't stay connected to the motherboard. Every time I try to do something as simple as moving an HDMI cable or picking the case up to adjust my setup, the whole system either freezes in time or completely blacks out, forcing me to spend hours shoving parts back into their slots just to get a glimpse of a desktop. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a computer that looks like a high-end gaming rig but performs like a broken toy that can't even handle a basic "handshake" with my monitor without tripping its own safety breaker. Just when I thought things were finally looking up—the fans were humming perfectly, the RGB was glowing, and the desktop actually loaded for a split second—I thought I was finally about to write a glowing, five-star review about how this machine is a beast that just needed a little love. But then, as soon as I reached for the mouse, the entire screen stuttered, the image locked up, and the PC dropped right back into a total, unresponsive freeze that reminded me this thing is a total 0/10 that is going straight back to the store.

Received computer, I have had it now for over 2 weeks. I am not impressed; it works but it stalls and you have to wait for it to wake up again. It seems slower than the one I had before. So far with gaming it is ok.

Great PC. I bought it for my son for Christmas and he loves it! It has a lot of storage.He does alot of gaming and the pc has worked amazing. The graphics are great and all the games work with no issue. It does not take long to start up. My son using his computer for many things such as gaming, making music, digital art & just as a regular PC. Overall great PC!

Device works well and I know the CPU is upgradeable, it was easy to set up, and the price was not to crazy, looks wise, it could be better but for what u pay it ain’t bad

Item was significantly slower than expected, it didn’t let me reset my device either which I think it’s a preset setting the 3rd party company had or perhaps I just didn’t fully do it. But regardless the product was just not for me.

Computer works as advertised. For the games my son is playing some minor upgrades may be needed to video graphics card and memory, but other than that it’s good if playing lower to mid level games.
