I personally messaged them on whatsup that packaging must be good as i saw reviews of recieving broken frames and they ensure it and give a proper feedback and i received the frame without any damages and i like the quality, value for money for sure

I really got nice customised picture frame but size was not as mentioned. It was mentioned 12x8” but it’s not 12 inches rather one inch less. Otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of the picture as well as of the frame.
