I've only been taking this a few days so can't claim that it does anything yet...thus the 4 stars. I would love more energy and help with appetite control. What I think could be happening is my mood seems elevated since taking this brand. I'll have a better grip on its effect after a couple of months.

Used this oral supplement in conjunction with a topical treatment regimen for vulvodynia. The topical medication ended up being irritating, so I stopped taking this supplement. I can’t say if it’s helpful or not
