great cutting board but the titanium side you need to be careful when cutting meats or whatever. I have cuts and grooves in the supposedly "titanium" side. I was worried about pieces of "titanium" to be scraped off so after the initial chopping/cutting of the meat, I cleaned it. I tested a small corner and light brushed my knife in a sideways manner and pieces of the titanium scrapes off pretty easily. PLEASE be careful when cutting anything on the titanium side because pieces of metal (titanium) can cut off and be mixed in with your food.

I loved this titanium cutting board. It is very resistant and feels of excellent quality. The double-sided design is very practical: one side of titanium and the other of PP wheat straw, ideal for separating food and maintaining better hygiene in the kitchen. It does not absorb odors or stains and is very easy to clean, even in the dishwasher. The large size of 16 x 11 inches is perfect for preparing meats, vegetables and other foods without problem. Definitely an excellent option for a modern and healthy kitchen.

I’ve been using this cutting board daily after christmas and it’s been a nice upgrade from my old plastic and wood boards. The titanium side feels very solid and doesn’t hold onto odors or stains. Note: it's only on one Side. It makes cleanup quick and easy. I like having the double-sided option depending on what I’m cutting, . It rinses clean right away and still looks new. Great choice if you want something durable and low-maintenance for the kitchen. Keep it away from the dishwasher obviouly.
