super easy peasy to install. complete. all the hardware you need. just missing the air?? LOL very durable looking. drivability is great. just don't over fill the shocks.. no leaks so far. hand tightened like the instructions say. better price then the other competitor's. and adjustable ride height.

Really helped my 86 elco, and easy install. No leaks so far, will update if anything fails.

Have installed these on both my 79 Monte Carlo's and have no complaints. Pressure will bleed off after a week or so, but these aren't daily drivers and are a cheap alternative to getting the stance you want. IMPORTANT NOTE: These do include the air line kit, Monroe PN AK18. Don't waste your money buying an additional one.

The shocks bolted right up, but I could not reuse the factory air lines, since they did not connect to the Monroe shocks. I had to use and the reroute the new lines. No big deal, but the installation took longer than I anticipated.

Good fit. Included airlines were too short for the elcamino, so had to splice into the old lines.

I was able to install these fairly easily, no leaks first time. The mounting hardware that came with the shocks would not work on my 1987 ElCamino. Luckily I was able to clean op my original mounting hardware and reuse it to install the shocks. Not sure about longevity, only time will tell.

I spent more than a day trying to stop the air leak from the shocks, I, would inflate to 60 pounds and watch the pressure drop with my gauge monitoring the pressure. Within 15 seconds the pressure was zero. I, changed the shock o rings and re-tightened the pressure line nut hand tightest that I could go, no luck then changed the o rings many more times. My inflater o rings are tight also, I’ve been without my truck three days now, the soapy water blows bubbles still at the shock o ring tube. I, will never purchase these again.

I have bought several of these Monroe air shock sets over the years and am very impressed with the quality and look of the shocks. I bought these for my 1982 EL Camino which had original Delco air shocks in it. The ads on Amazon and other online sites say you need to also order the air line kit but my shocks for $82 came with the Monroe Ak18 accessory air line kit. Not sure if that was a one off thing but if you can hold off installing just buy the shocks!

se tienen que realizar modificaciones a los amortiguadores para que le queden al vw sedan (vocho) y al tener que hacerlas anulas la garantía y/reclamaciones, en mi caso uno de los amortiguadores se rompió en una de sus base a los 3 días de uso.
