I can't believe all the good reviews, like how?? I am so shocked at how LOW quality control this company has with their merchandise. Here's what I got after opening box:1. parts flying out cuz poles and plastic paddings not put in wrapping - 1st sign someone already opened it2. writing/pen marks on the instruction guide - 2nd sign someone already opened it (see the pic where I pointed at pen markings)3. broken parts - one of the black plastic padding is 1/3 broken off4. incorrect parts - I'm supposed to have 4 plastic paddings w/ no holes and 4 with holes I think. I got 3 with holes and 5 with no holes. how am I supposed to go on? Do they even have quality control?5. the instructions are totally omitted how to assemble the poles with the plastic paddings. I went on their website and the instruction Youtube video is fast forwarded and totally missed this 1st step. every comment on the Youtube video was "this is so not helpful". WTH?6. I carefully put everything back together and added my own zip lock bags with incorrect/broken parts. They need to had some padding /air nuggets to this.7. Made in China.... I should have known. arg.I'm going to return this, and hopefully I'm NOT charge for shipping back their poor merchandise. Damn... this company should come with a warning sign.

I have a large work surface and need quick access to reference books and Binders with financials and client data. This unit is an effective inexpensive solution that gets the job done.

The assembling instructions could be a bit more explanatory. But I am pleased with the product. Will buy again now that I know how to assemble.
