Updated: excellent customer service. I was contacted by the seller who offered to replace both of the robes that did not fit. I received them today and am very happy with the product. I highly recommend this dog bathrobe/towel.Great after bath or after swim. My pups love it. Sizing is a problem though. I ordered XXL and L. They were both too big so I ordered a second one for each pet (XL and M). The XL is exactly the same size as the XXL I previously received. The M seems to be at least 2 sizes smaller than the L. I am still using the L and XXL (2) but the M is way too small. I would love to have a product that fits but will not risk ordering another and will order a different brand.

The quality of this dog robe is good. I got the small and my dog is 12 pounds. It’s a little big, but it does the job.

Does what’s it’s meant to do. Bought 2 large sized of these. One purple and the other in pink. The design differs, the purple one has a string tie by the neck area, and the other has Velcro.

Great looking - Navy with rust trim. Goes over the head and velcro is excellent. Runs true to size. Thin, thin, thin. I prefer thick to absorb the water after a bath.Style:Nice Navy with rust trim

I love how adjustable this is! I can use it on both my 35 lb, short n stout puggle, and on my leggy 50 lb pit/hound mix. The puggle hates having his feet touched, so I love that this can be basically just wrapped around him without having to stick his legs through holes. Oh, and it is also very absorbent!

I use it on my small Pomeranian. It’s helpful that it stays on, unlike regular towels, but I don’t feel it absorbs that well. Material could be thicker—doesn’t dry her much. Still, it’s convenient and does the job to a certain extent.

I love this bath towel. Stopped water from going all over in the house when she shook.
