Don’t make the same mistake I did—I initially thought this was double-sided wall-safe tape meant for mounting things. It’s not. This is a single-sided tape designed to be gentle on walls, and for that purpose, it does a great job.It sticks well to painted walls without causing damage or leaving residue when removed. The initial adhesion is strong, but be aware that once you peel it off, it loses a good bit of its sticking power. If you need to reapply it somewhere else, you’ll likely need a fresh piece.Overall, it’s a good product for light-duty use like hanging paper, posters, or decorations. I just wish there were a double-sided version with the same wall-safe properties!

I used these to tape fairy lights to wall & windows. I would buy this product again, because as long as I had a wire under a piece of tape, it was simple to remove from my window, too. The hold could have been better on the wall, but I had it up for a month. There was absolutely no damage or residue on my walls. The tape isn't crystal clear & I had to press it again against the wall here & there. It's still good stuff, even though it isn't perfect.

I originally discovered this in a store, and was curiously hopeful because I needed a tape that would not leave a sticky residue when removed. Generally this does do what it says, although it is not perfect. I did have to deal with some minor sticky residue when I removed it from the back of a guitar (and now a few guitar pedals! Updated 11/5/2022). But for most applications I have not had a problem with residue.Keep in mind that this tape is not as adhesive as regular cellophane tape. That makes sense given it's less sticky nature. I keep this tape on hand as well as regular Scotch tape, depending on what I need it for. Many times when I tape something on my refrigerator or file cabinet, it is not meant to stay there forever. And Goo Gone doesn't always work so well to get the residue off, so it is good that this stuff exists.

I love this tape. I use this tape to label foods in the fridge, I use it to hang pictures on the wall, I use it for hanging decorations, and I use it as regular tape too. Why do I enjoy this product? Well it's because it doesn't hurt the surface that I put it on. It truly is wall safe, glass surface safe, and even wood safe. It's easy to apply and it's easy to remove. It stays where I put it.

Tape quality works well. Thickness is minimal but product is durable and provides plenty of stickiness to do the job. It is affordable compared to other similar products. I would recommend this product for daily use or for taping wrapping paper. Thank you to the seller for a good product.
