I liked the powder but think it’s way to expensive and I haven’t been able to do it consistently because I try to buy another one and it never arrives when it says it will. So if you’re going to actually try this diet, be ready to spend a lot of money and buy multiple because it truly is so hard and I haven’t seen it work yet. They need to fix the shipping issue.

I started making shakes with this powder when I had SIBO. Without a banana, it does taste like vanilla cardboard. Now that SIBO has passed I'm still including these as part of my nutrition. I love the fact it's predigested so my gut can get a rest. I typically add the 4 scoops, 1 cup water, 1 yellowy green banana, 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil, some matcha powder, and blue spirulina powder.

Unlike other protein powders this one is pre-digested; which means it is much easier for your body to quickly absorb the nutrients in it! It is also a clean supplement made with quality ingredients. It does not contain iron; which is extremely important because iron allows candida and other pathogenic bacterias to grow in the digestive tract. The company is high quality. It was specifically designed for people who can barely eat food due to having a severely compromised digestive system. But it tastes good and can be quite useful for other people who are looking to add nutrition to their daily food intake. My Arsenic level went up very fast while taking this supplement and company did not reach out or replied to my concerns. Be aware, it maybe contaminated! So sad!

I had a recent bout of diverticulitis and this product helped me heal up, seriously! You must radically start eating better if you expect this supplement to also help you. I ordered this because my doctor recommended an elemental diet while we waited for my gut/stool results. I like that it’s not sweetened, and that it doesn’t contain any dairy. It doesn’t taste good and it doesn’t taste bad. I do not like that you cannot return the item very easily. You can only return it if it’s unopened, and within thirty days of purchase. I ended up needing to return this bc it didn’t work for me. And I would rather find something that tastes better. But since I had opened it and tried it, I’m now stuck with a $80 practically full bottle of product, in my kitchen. I took a star off bc of the return policy and customer service. It might work for others, if you’re looking for a product that’s elemental.
