Hi there.. i have a 2 oz bottle of the organic vanilla extract. I only have the glass bottle.. if it had a box it is long gone. The label lists No sugar, organic vanilla bean in water & organic alcohol.. but does NOT list the percentage.. No. It's pure alcohol. Don't buy.

The description says gluten free, why doesn’t the package?

It’s my understanding that vanilla beans are naturally gluten free, so it’s not like they start out with gluten and then process it out. Besides that, the product description not matching the label, that’s a question to ask directly to the distributor of the product, which you can get from Amazon.
