A very good budget com unit, with some minor issues.
Honestly I want to put these as 5 star, but they do have a few problems.First Amazon makes sure that everything ships quickly and is packaged well. I've seen better, but seen FAR worse.UPDATE:So having purchased some add on Arc-rail adapters (the ones for $17-$20) suddenly the tension was perfect! I went out and played with them, and when they were working, they were great. Of course, other issues popped up. The first time I went to switch the mic to the opposite side, the clip snapped and the best I could do was try to superglue it back on, however the mic still works and well. The final issue is that while having it in a bag in my trunk, the 'tab' the locks into the helmet arms snapped. What I'll probably do is try using a drimel and making a small hole for a screw and washer and mount it like that. If it works I'll update with pictures, if not....well ....it's not really able to become less useful.I got a few (like 5 or so) uses out of them before I took a break from playing airsoft, so they weren't being used too much. They have been left in the trunk over night one time, but nothing like a 100+ degree day to 40 degree night.-----Original review-------------Lets tackle the bad stuff first. The picture verses what I got doesn't match up. Functionally there is no problem, but there is no picatinny cover included for the arc-rail adapter. This isn't a big deal, but it is something to keep in mind, as the cover for the metal arms is completely different and not just missing the part. Unless you can place these in the last ridge in the Arc-rail, you likely wont' be able to fit anything else on your arc rails. Not a deal breaker for me.The major problem for me is that while these do have the 'swivel' function this is useless due to how they sit. The earmuffs rest well inside the interior of the helmet, which is good for keeping pressure and contact while worn, but bad for putting them on or taking them off, and renders any kind of swivel feature useless. The earmuffs rest so far in that (for my pair) the left earmuff tends to pop off the arc-rail if I don't carefully press in on the rail mount while donning or doffing. I do have a large head and the (cheap) helmet I have was purchased off Amazon for a low budget build. Finally, while these are the lowest cost option that seems to have any quality, they are reported not to work with the typical z-tac PTT for 'comtac' style headsets, but instead made to work with real steel mil grade PTT's and their OPSMEN PTT. Problem is that it's not too terribly easy to find them for the kenwood models. I did find it on ebay and that was another $25.The goodWhen they work they work. Even without turning them on they function well. Once they are on my head they feel comfortable, dampen sound passively very well are pretty low profile. The ear material is NOT cheap plastic with cheap padding, there is a good feeling to having them on my ears. Despite that I have a big head and the issues with putting them on, once they are on, I don't feel too much pressure, even with the swivel clip loose enough to allow for swiveling I don't feel any movement or pinching. They have a good fit once on. The sound quality isn't the best (if you want the best go ahead and look at those Peltor comtac 3's) but it's much better than you'll expect. The pass-through microphones (which let you hear the ambient sound) do an extremely good job of nearly seamlessly passing sound, with no noticeable delay and great directional fidelity. The auto sound dampening is just the Pass-through mics cutting sound to allow the headset's passive protection to work. That can be somewhat overly sensitive, but it cuts in and out quickly. The ambient sound has a simple (low/med/high) volume adjustment that works well. The radio communication can clearly be heard over the ambient noise, it sounds closer than the ambient pass-through, and maybe slightly louder, but there is no distortion and it's clear to hear. The mic is flexible and stiff, so once placed it tends to stay there with no further adjustments, and I could clearly be heard with no issues. The build quality of these is seriously good. This headset is in that sweet spot of weight/density, they aren't heavy, and they don't feel unduly light. There are no unpolished seams and no loose/jiggling anything. While they could be used for hearing protection for firearms, I'd second the manufacturer's recommendation for double up on ear protection for live ammunition. But for airsoft/paintball or gear training they will work excellently. As a side note, I used the M32H with the OPSMEN PTT(separate), the 7mm connector is sturdy and it's not coming out unless you mean to pull it out. I haven't tested them with MilSpec PTT, but the OPSMEN M32H is supposed to use the same wiring, so that's possible, but this precludes it from being used with the common z-tac clones. This is what I have read, I haven't tested them with any other PTT.Overall they are comfortable, enough that I could wear them for hours, but not so much that I'd forget I'm wearing them. They feel well designed and really just need a few small adjustments to make them shine.

Works well for my use
I play airsoft and do a bit of competitive shooting, so having headphones that I can use to cancel out noises when needed and amplify sounds when needed is really helpful. This is a good product if you play airsoft or another tactical sport.

I hope you have a small head
Very disappointed. Item delivered was NOT what was pictured. My guess is AirsoftGI is shipping out old stock. Product was defective out of the box. The left ear would cut out at the slightest sound. Clip that holds the microphone to the headset is flimsy. As the other reviewer noted the ARC rail adapters put the headphones deep into the helmet. Your head will be squeezed very tightly. It gave me a headache. On the plus side, the microphone can we moved to either the left or right side.

Perfect for kids not so much adults, unless small head
Ok so first off I’ll start by saying that these are a very good product, the main reason for the low stars isn’t really because of the product. They are also very small as in tightness wise, if yu have a small head or a younger player/helmet user it’ll probably help the helmet fit your head more stable. But unfortunately it wouldn’t allow my head to fit at all. But they did sound great when I put them up to my ears and they did cancel noise and all that. The main reason it got a bad review is because they came broken which idk if it was their end or the delivery person. But honestly they got back to me within 2 days and refunded me everything, so all in all they were awesome!
