Hi. I purchased the dark blue version of this writing mat/desk protector and I am quite pleased with its usefulness and how it looks. I purchased the smallest version and, as you can see in the photos I’ve attached, it’s proven to be a practical size for my desktop workspace. The mat has a texturized, cloth like, underside that effectively prevents it from sliding on the smooth desktop as I type or use the mouse. And, speaking of the mouse … I am able to use my Apple mouse on it without any problems at all. There is ample space to the right of my keyboard for me to use the mouse without any changes or compromises for space. It’s a layout that works well and I’m happy to say good-bye to my separate, stand alone, mousepad. The mat I received arrived rolled up in a rectangular box (see attached photos) and had a significant curl on its release. The good news is that this is easy to fix. I lay the mat, face down, on my desk and then placed a single layer of hardcover books on top of it, entirely covering its surface. I left it this way overnight and in the morning the curl had almost disappeared. For good measure, I repeated this process the next night and, the following morning the mat was perfectly flat and ready for use. The takeaway: This writing mat / desk protector is a good looking and useful addition to a home office workspace. It eliminates the need for a separate mousepad and provides a welcome “pop” of color that is a simple visual pleasure on its own.

Good quality product. I have purchased multiple sizes. Good for desk, works well as a mouse pad, protection for coffee table, etc. Easy to wipe clean. Thick enough to lie flat without shifting around and plenty of colors to choose from.

Stays in place, unlike other desk mats. I've ruined the top of my work desk using double sided tape to keep my old desk mat in place and it still moved around. No problem using this as a mouse pad also, infrared light on bottom of mouse does not glitch when used on this mat. Like that there are different sizes - I was able to purchase one that fit my desk side to side and covers the damage from the double sided tape for the old mat. Overall, would def recommend. Oh, and when writing on paper on top of this mat, it has a soft feel but doesn't dent the mat.

I have had the mat for a couple months and so far it is durable and aesthetically pleasing (and comes in many colors). It is quite thin so the edge is starting to curl up a little bit instead of staying flat, as opposed to if it was a heavier material or thicker.

Beautiful leather! I recently got myself a work from home job and have been building my home office up. I love this a lot more than a mouse pad. With my mouse pad, it seemed to always scroll off the pad. If never happens with this. It’s a beautiful color and it laid flat really fast. Maybe about 30 minutes I had something on top the edges but I’m certain it would’ve been flat on its own. It feels like quality and I think it’ll fit right in with a “zen” office space.

I love this color — it looks even better in person. It covers my desk smoothly and gives my workspace a clean, polished look. The surface feels nice to write on and works great with my mouse. Definitely a small upgrade that makes a big difference.
