Yes, this is the second time I have ordered a Fitbit Band from UMAXGET USA STORE. The first band lasted 18 months, which is pretty good for a fitbit that I wear every day. Ordered the same band and hope it last at least another 18 months or until I have to replace the fitbit.

The band itself is decent. It did begin to start discoloring and staining though right away so I hardly wear it out because I feel like it already looks dirty all the time. I clean my bands regularly with the cetaphil like the Fitbit company suggest for their bands and my lavender band that came with my Fitbit isn’t stained like this one.**Update** the seller was very prompt in offering to send out another band to replace this one so I added an extra star for their great customer service :)

I’m never buying my Fitbit band from Fitbit again! I have had 2 bands break on me in less than a year! Fitbit bands are around $30 plus shipping, this was much more affordable - hopefully it will last longer than a year! The color and rose gold are a perfect match and the pattern, same thing you’d get from Fitbit. Although you cannot buy the limited edition lavendar and rose gold band on Fitbit as a replacement. And I know several people who’ve had the same issue with the Charge 2 bands - I will be recommending they buy on Amazon!!!

The appearance is almost identical to the original. The color is a little more pink than the original gray but not a drastic difference. Ordered a small when I had ordered my original Fitbit as a large, not quite realizing how long large would be. This is my second Fitbit, both have been the Charge (the original and the 2) and the most disappointing aspect of both has been the band. I never changed bands on this one and it just randomly started popping off my wrist after about a year. This replacement band is practically perfect in every way!

Great band, looks and fits the Charge 2 just like the original fr. Fitbit. Unfortunately, 5 months later the plastic that connects it to the Fitbit broke and will have to replace. Great for a couple months..

The strap is comfortable and the same color as advertised.

Edit: Updating review due to excellent customer service. I just received an unsolicited replacement which was unexpected but appreciated. I am hoping the broken one was just a fluke.Original review:I liked it until it suddenly broke. It didn’t last 6 months.

Easy to order, and was exactly what I wanted. I needed to swap out my old band; this one fit perfectly and quality was good.
