Bodyprox Calf Support Brace 1 Pack, Adjustable Shin Splint Compression Sleeve

I was looking for something that could help with my calf cramps on days I play in tournaments (loads of running) and came across this. Was super helpful as on the last couple of games I have to play for the day, I usually have to sit them out because of the calf cramps. When I started wearing these calf compression straps, I stopped having that problem and can play the whole day with ease. Just as I feel like my calves are about to cramp (when they contract), when the muscles start to relax, the straps keep the muscles tight so I don't feel the pain. They don't look bulky and are comfortable to wear that I forget I still have them on.

I bought these for my elderly mum (91) she has the most fragile skin which easily breaks /splits with the slightest knock, causing a lot of discomfort and weeks of trips to the nurse to dress. She wears these with comfort she said she doesn’t realize there on and doesn’t prevent her mobility.

As I’ve got older the skin on my shins have got very thin so if I knock them they bleed also it protects them from my puppy cavalier I’ve tried other shin guards this one is very comfortable and does not Turn around it’s easy to fit and remove, my leg doesn’t overheat it’s well padded I would recommend

Having recently taken up the Couch 2 5k challenge, I unfortunately picked up an injury to my calf muscle in the last week of training. Having used a compression sock to help my recovery I found that this restricted my circulation and became painful. The Bodypox calf support brace is a lot more comfortable to wear and is a good size and can be adjusted to suit and has proved a great help in my recovery. The neoprene material also keeps the muscle warm which helps speed up recovery.

Got a pack of two. One has been great but found the other started to be come unstitched. Shame as one work really well.
