Best M5 learning device available on the market
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works great as a learning toy, can be used with SD cards which you could load with multiple operating systems The more powerful m5 stamp sips power, this thing lasts about 2 weeks before needing a charge. Literally fits in your pocket and could be used for multitudes of random tasks.

Small and very cool
Very cool little device. Might not be for everyone, but it has lots of potential. Have not spent a lot of time with it. Loaded a few programs and they worked fine. Seems to be built well.

Questionable hardware issues
Arrived in good condition and worked well for 2 weeks from delivery. The SD card functioned as expected until it failed to be detected after two weeks, despite appearing properly mounted. No visible damage to the pins. Afterward, the charging circuit failed and stopped charging entirely. I had to replace the BMS chip (originally TP4057 with 57B3 marking). Soldering a new chip didn’t resolve much, except for slow charging same as ESP32 chip having issues. Ordering is up to you, but this issue may not apply to all units. (Not to mention had some missing resistors and capacitors not critically)

Great for the hobbist
Great little computer. Make sure you have the right firmware. A background in electronics and programming helps but not 100% necessary.
