Tried every product on the market,You name it. This product is far better than any product on the market.. one bottle at pool opening, one bottle during the season and one at closing.. no problems anymore at all..Nothing else works like this product..100 stars!!

This is my second bottle purchased in only a year for a small pool (8x12) that gets used twice a week if that much. We live in a tropical year round climate and the filtration system works great. This product uses the entire bottle of solution soon as it gets opened unlike the chlorine tablets were you can regulate, this solution however gets spent soon as it is opened though it claims to prevent algae growth for 90 days, it is not so at all. It is really a 30 day protection only making the price and quality a very poor one for such expensive product. We are using other brands like HTH and in the swim product that actually provide a longer protection period of two and a half months and a much lower price!

I understand from the guy that put in our pool that a lot of people go back to chlorine after problems with the FROG system. Chlorine is the equivalent of a nuclear bomb in your pool. Use enough and it will wipe out everything even if you never clean the pool. We've used FROG for 16 years, and the key is to follow the system exactly, including using BAM. We skipped it to save money in the past, but ended up spending the money on mold killer anyway. When we keep up with the FROG system, and do weekly cleanings, we never have any problems, and the water smells and feels fresh. Plus, no chlorine damage to swimsuits or hair, and no chlorine skin or eye irritation.

The Frog system takes the aggravation out of pool care. At the beginning of the season all that is required is putting in a Mineral Reservoir, a Bam cartridge for an hour and then a new chlorine cartridge every 2 to 3 weeks. It's that simple. I check the water with test strips to determine the setting on the Frog dispenser, but once adjusted I can just enjoy my pool all summer long. Due to the acidic rain in Virginia, I might have to add some Bicarbonate of Soda to keep the Ph in balance, but all told I probably spend less than 30 minutes a month tending my pool.
