Great offense/defense tactics: Well worth the investment
I've trained in several other hand-to-hand methods and the Systema system is by far one of the most applicable to the real world. I find it superior to Krav Maga, a patchwork of Judo and Russian Systema. It's my conclusion that Israeli Mossad's Krav Maga was invented by its Jewish Israeli Bolshevik founder after he had stolen Russian Systema techniques. The only element of Systema I was surprised to see, given its Christian roots, was the Hindu meditation element. As a Christian I will not be participating in these techniques. It shouldn't detour anyone from purchasing the training series as it's only about 5% of the training.
