I have been using this product for around 9 months. Overall, it is a good product and worked as expected during most of my usage period. The battery backup was close to 3 hours when new, though I noticed that the runtime gradually reduced with age, which is fairly typical for rechargeable battery powered devices. Unfortunately, my unit stopped working after about 9 months. However, the after sales support experience was very positive. The warranty claim process was smooth and hassle free. The company verified the issue through a few video calls and promptly approved a replacement. Pros: • Good performance for daily use • Around 3 hours of backup when new • Responsive customer support • Seamless warranty replacement process Cons: • Battery backup reduces gradually over time • My unit stopped working within 9 months Overall, the product itself was decent, and the excellent warranty support helped maintain my confidence in the brand.

Very happy with this Oakter Mini UPS. Easy to install and works perfectly with my Wi-Fi router. During power cuts, my internet stays connected without interruption. Good backup, compact design, and reliable performance. Highly recommended!

Product is nice and compact. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the PIN for a new router, their staff was polite and helped us thorough out the process and sent a replacement once the same was verified. Really happy with the product and service. Power backup is sufficient in my apartment and the network drop is no longer an issue. We have a generator in the apartment, so that helps as well. The product is compatible with Airtel Xstream Fiber modem. Just need to be mindful about the PIN.

Had bought this Mini UPS few years ago, stopped working after atleast 3years with no issues in between, the support team was courteous to help resolving the issue. And the support team is very responsive.

Excellent UPS for my router. I've been using the Okter 12V UPS for some time now and it works reliably during power cuts. The switch-over is seamless, so my internet connection stays active without interruption. Battery backup is good for my usage, and the build quality feels solid. Easy to set up and does exactly what it promises.

Stopped working just after a year… out of warranty now which is 12 months It’s basically a pass through power unit now doesn’t retain battery

I bought this mini UPS for my Jio modem, but unfortunately, it stopped giving backup after just two weeks. However, the customer support team was supportive. They quickly arranged a replacement unit, which has been working perfectly fine for almost a month now. Overall a good backup option for your modem considering the backup time and compactness.
