Product works great 👍
Works great! I used it on my strawberries and salad greens. No bug or snail in sight, and my plants look wonderful. Glad I came across this product recently because last year I was having issues with pilli bugs and slugs eating my plants!

Works as advertised but not all hosta problems are caused by slugs!
I started using this product early this summer because my garden is home to all three pests which this product ostensibly controls: slugs/snails, earwigs, pill bugs. I'm happy to say that it decimated the earwig and pill bug problem. These critters were everywhere in the garden and the earwigs in particular chewed on just about everything. They also concentrated during the day in shady spots, so, for example, if you lifted the rolled up garden hose off the wall you'd end up with an armful of earwigs. The pill bugs were particularly disgusting - I'd find hundreds of them under anything left standing on the ground - plant pots, tiles.. Not so much since I put down Sluggo+. Either pest is hard to find in the garden these days.Anyway, as far as slugs go, these were also a major problem in my garden (why me, Lord?). After 3 months of use my impression is that Sluggo+ has also tamed these. It is now almost mid-August and most of my hostas are in great shape. I say most because the jury is out on some of the hosta species which are still showing damage. These happen to be some of the multi-color varieties, for example light centers with dark green margins or vice-versa (I don't have the specific names of these anymore). These are showing serious leaf damage with ragged holes and filmy leaf tissue, like something scraped the leaf surface leaving a thin membrane. However, upon some thought it appeared that the leaf tissue damage was on both sides of the leaf which a slug is unlikely to do. So further online research suggests that for these remaining hostas the real problem is most likely a fungus called anthracnose which, left unchecked, can produce lesions and holes in hosta leaves, some of which can look like slug damage. Damn! Nothing Sluggo+ can do about that. So I'm giving Sluggo+ 5 stars even though some of my hostas still look like you-know-what. But as I said that's not Sluggo's fault.BTW, if you are interested, online research says anthracnose is treated by thoroughly cleaning up dead hosta foliage in spring and fall; then start spraying early in spring with fungal spray (check label to make sure safe for hosta); and keep water spray off of leaves. I'll be trying that for sure next season in conjunction with sluggo+ treatment.

No more slugs.
This is really solving my garden slug problems. I apply it heavily and it lasts through many waterings.

This stuff works pretty good
You don’t need much, just throw some handfuls throughout the garden, and it keeps slugs and earwigs at bay. I usually reapply after large rain, since it melts away these pellets. Noticed a lot less munching happening in the garden, especially on my flowers. If only it got rid of those damn Japanese beetles too!

IF SLUGGO PLUS WAS A PERSON IT WOULD BE MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR.
Slugs and earwigs are my arch nemesis’s. I spend my summer nights patrolling my garden and taking (way too much) pleasure in personally destroying anything that I catch munching on my foliage. They are both so destructive- together they can annihilate an entire garden bed overnight. Sluggo Plus gets rid of both slugs and earwigs. If Sluggo Plus was a human it would be my knight in shining armor. My hero!!!This piece of info is very important- Make sure you purchase SLUGGO PLUS. Not the original Sluggo, not the SLUGGO MAX.I’ve been using this product for almost 5 years so I can speak from my own personal experience with it- I’m 100% confident that it is safe for my dogs, safe for humans, safe for the well water, safe for any wildlife that stumbles through and safe for all the other insects that I don’t want to exterminate! (I haven’t tried the Sluggo Maxx bc it sounds like that stuff is meant to kill every insect in the tri state area. But idk)Easy to use- you want to apply on top of wet soil so after a rain is ideal. If you’re not that lucky just hose down the soil a bit first. Then just sprinkle it around the problem areas or around the plants you want to protect. That’s all. They basically all just disappear in a day or two and don’t re appear for a couple weeks. Magic.
