The aids are good; my hearing has just gotten very bad. Sorry I had to return these and try some others.

Hearing aid does not have user replaceable battery - no battery drawer on model I received
A misleading picture of the hearing aids shows a battery drawer, implying that the rechargeable batteries is user replaceable. The text also says "never buy another battery." Lithium Ion batteries last about 2 years in my phone, so I honestly expect to buy new rechargeable batteries. My question is, how much will it cost me?

God's Most Precious Sense Restored!!! I'm unilaterally deaf, dealing with a sensorineural loss, so if you're like me, you want to hear life from TWO ears, the way God intended ... birds, music, voices, -- the works! Get ready to have to turn life DOWN! This product really delivers! I was amazed! My only issue -- too much whistling, limited adjustment feature, and worse -- unless you have an Asian INTERPRETER on hand, you won't be able to make heads or tails of the instructions!!! As a result, giving an otherwise GREAT product only 3 stars. The manufacturer shouldn't assume that all consumers are Asian. Great product, but what's the average person to do? Instructions should be printed in MULTILINGUAL formats! Nice packaging, though.

At this early time I find it a good value .
Dislike - instructions they are in a Asian language.The hearing device works wellWith good volume . The rocker switch changes programs if for hold it for several seconds. The colored pins seem to be for stretching the sound tube for easier assembly.The battery only fits in one way and if you get it right the door will close . You must cut the supplied tube to fit . I find it comfortable to wear and I still need to shorten the tube a little more .

Quality and Instructions
Just received it and it appears to work nicely. I would give it 5 stars, except for the fact that the instructions are not in English.
