Bottle was opened and half the container was inside the envelope was put in
I tried adding photo but won’t let me. So disappointed. I opened this package and there was conditioner everywhere. All over bottle and in bottom of envelope. The top was not screwed on. Bag smelled great but half this bottle was wasted I can’t use. I tried getting it out and pouring it back in bottle but that just made a mess so I’m just gonna have to deal with the fact I paid for full bottle and don’t have full bottle. I will order again once needed again but hopefully next time will arrive not open and poured out inside package.
