easy to use and works well
This was very easy to assemble and install on my SBC 350 engine. It rolls around very well and is low enough that I do not worry about tipping over while pushing it around.

Well built, heavy steel and nice casters. engine mounting plate was welded incorrectly.
Purchased the same stand in July 2024 no issues. The second stand was purchased June 2025. It appears the plate that bolts to the engine appears to rotated and welded in the wrong position. This caused the wheel to not make contact with the ground, engine is unstable and tips quite a bit. Compared it to the stand I purchased in 2024 and the difference was obvious. Give 5 stars for the stand purchased in 2024. One for this one. Overall well built, heavy steel and nice casters. Only issue was welding...See pictures.

a very nice way to store an engine.
This little stand is a bunch stronger than you might think, I've only got a V6 on it, but it's tall enough for the rather deep 4wd oil pan, and looks to be balanced to allow storage with a transmission attached to the engine (otherwise it's a little front heavy). It doesn't roll on the floor as well as you'd hope, the casters have a mind of their own, and at times there's only 3 wheels touching the ground, but it's still much better than a tire. This will make taking a spare engine to races much easier.
