I added this step down voltage controller to my e-bike to be able to add 12v accessories as well as a power connector for my cell phone, LED lights. Must have to prevent over loading 12 volt ad on circuits etc. From 54v battery. Pros: Very compact 1.5 in x 2 x .5 in Low battery amp draw Easy attachment to my existing heat sink Con: The quick connect port on output is reversed as mentioned in other reviews (Q C) Just switch wire connect point. Definitely check with voltimeter

Failed within parameters after 1m.
Worked for 1 minute while making a noise and now won't output more than 8v, sometimes only 2v. Absolute trash.
