Perfect TPMS system (update: and an Awesome Customer Service)
I just bought a 2019 Volvo XC 40. While this car is so technologically advanced, their manual stated that I should get a tire pressure gauge to check my tires. Their TPMS system will just tell you if there is something wrong with the pressure but does not display the tire pressure itself. Imagine that! My previous car (a 2015 Impala) displays all tires pressures at all times. Since tires is the only contact between your car and the road, this is the most critical component which needs to be monitored. I bought the VESAFE TPMS system and cannot be more happy with it. Installation is a snap (i didn't utilize the anti theft rings/device) I just screw the monitor on the correct tires, hand tight them and done. Looking at the monitor (which pugs into my cigarette lighter) and all pressures are displayed in PSI and accurately. The USB port is so much great;y appreciated!!! Great design since I use a dashcam system which utilized the cigarette lighter with a USB wire. Without this feature I would have to either have the TPMS or the dashcam but noth both. So you cannot imagine how happy I was with the USB port. An awesome product that just works right out of the box.UPDATE: After driving 17,000 miles on my Volvo XC 40, the base unit malfunctioned and stopped reading the tire pressure (only left rear registered). I contacted VESAFE tech support which promptly responded. They suggested a re-pairing the sensors and the reader procedure. After that failed as well, they promptly sent me a brand new set within 3 days. As the original install, it worked flawlessly. I am happy to report that my five star rating remains. Awesome customer service.

No longer reliable
I had two of these devices on two vehicles for nearly 3 years; and they worked very well except that one sensor developed a leaky O-Ring.I ordered a whole new unit but it never did sync with the sensors and display the air pressure. Factory reset and re-paired sensors multiple times and drove around between just to see if they would read and the never did. Returned for a replacement. The replacement didn't display until I factory reset, and then the next day it stopped reading pressure again. Tried resetting and pairing again and this unit is also defective.Used to be a great product, but quality is no longer there so I'm getting a refund and giving up on Vesafe.

Works as intended!
As directed, install the sensor first (2009 Ford Fusion SE). The cap installation instructions didn't apply to my vehicle though. My tires were literally remove cap and replace with the sensor. It only took a few moments for the readout to populate with the tire pressure after installing them. The USB is a pass through, so if your lighter send power without the car on, then this will let the power pass through the USB port. Haven't completely read the included paperwork, but the sensor went off when one of the tires was low. I have not read how to set those thresholds yet. After filling the tire, the sensor displayed the lower pressure and continued to beep the warning, even after a minute. I had to unplug and replug the sensor. After a minute or two, the display updated. All in all, while my car will warn low pressure, this is a nice sensor to take the guess work out of which tire(s) to fill.

Exactly what I needed...maybe you too
First off, for the price and my issue this was perfect for me. The 19in M sport rims on my F30 Bmw apparently has leaks. Yes, these cars have tyre pressure monitors, but they trigger randomly, and mostly often only when the pressure is very low (10-15psi). So my run flats are under strain long before i even know theyre soft. This monitor has been wonderful. It isnt accurate (off by 2-4psi vs manual ) and it takes some time to truly read the pressures and indicate changes. HOWEVER, it has allerted me to low pressures (alarms at 28 psi) in any/ every tyre, EVERY SINGLE TIME...and it always alerts BEFORE the stock car alarm sounds. So basically for slow leaks, its perfect. Untill i replace/ repair my rims, theyre essential. It also look pretty cool, and fits like a glove on the 3 series. And i dont particularly mind the large tyre cap sensors. For a peace of mind...get it

Tire Valve stem needs at least 8 threads !!
My stems have 7 threads and 2 of the sensors could not seal properly because they were too short to compress the rubber washer at the back of the sensor. 7 threads may seem like enough, but subtract 3 threads for the locking nut, then the remaining 4 threads are not enough to reach the back of the sensor and form an air tight seal. Returning this because of a combination of my valve stem being too short and the sensor thread channel being too deep. I'm sure this is a good product but I can't justify going to a tire shop to swap out all the valve stems. To be on the safe side, if you valve has 9 or more threads, this would install without any problems.

mounting in cigarette lighter socket, corrosion and instruction.
A week of use after delivery hardly qualifies any in-depth review, but the following may help other first time buyers (I live in Toronto Canada):1) The four tyre sensors could do well to have a deeper/longer thread sleeve to protect the brass threads on the tyre valve stem against winter road salt. As installed, about half of the tyre valve stem screw length is exposed to risk of corrosion.2) Likewise the cigarette lighter plug could be made a few mm longer to advantage. As delivered, the protruding monitor edges/corners interfere with the small upturned lips of ash tray holders adjacent to the lighter sockets, and prevents full insertion of the plug to get power, even after removal of the ash trays. In both of my two Japanese passenger cars, lighter socket and the ash tray are buried side by side closely together under a hinged decorative wood cover. You have to have a standalone lighter socket free of any adjacent car fittings, otherwise, like me, another cigarette lighter outlet adaptor/extension has to be purchased to make it work.3) The anti-theft nut gives no sign of assurance: the usual “give” at tightening is completely absent or cannot be felt.4) The instruction on “Setting” would do well to be rewritten. As is it is practically useless, and I have to experiment to figure out the logic to get it to work, though the rest of the installation is easy.

Great product, excellent customer service!
The item I received seemed to defective as it kept on flashing “00” on all four wheels. I contacted the seller and they were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service was excellent. They offered to send me a new one without any additional cost! The new one that I got shipped works perfectly fine however it does fluctuate a lot and doesn’t seem to be 100% accurate. Other than that, I recommend this product and this seller as they care about their customers! Thanks again Aileen!

Sensors Are Somewhat Inaccurate & Temp Units Legend Error
Had difficulty getting the four sensors to make a connection with the reader unit in car. This is likely due to the location of my DC plug so I’m not holding that against the manufacturer. After some trial and error I was able to get the four sensors to connect. There is an error factor of about 3 psi higher than measured with an accurate pressure gauge. I can live with that. However if you notice the photos the temperature display says “C” for Celsius yet the displayed temperature is Fahrenheit. I used an IR reader at the front-left sensor and the sensor is pretty accurate. 9 deg F = 12.8 deg CCan the seller please advise how I can fix this display error? I will test cycling the menu though I doubt that will work.Thank you.

Works great, but be careful...
Be sure to put some 'anti-seize' compound on the valve stem threads before screwing the pressure transmitters on. Otherwise the transmitters may securely bond with those valve stem threads and be impossible to remove. This is particularly true if you live in an area that experiences snow, sleet, ice and freezing temperatures in the winter. The chemicals used to clear the roads are highly corrosive and will cause problems. That said, this system is really good for monitoring tire pressures when your vehicle is in motion. They don't display tire pressures at all when you first start your car, but once you get rolling, the tire information updates and displays quite accurately. This system has detected chronic slow leaks due to punctures, as well as normal pressure loss due to temperature reduction. I use them on my winter tires, since factory sensors for my car cost 10 times more that this complete system. I'm a happy customer.
