Great home kit!!
Really happy with this purchase! Step is solid and quite big. Dumbbells and ankle/wrists weights are great quality! Haven't used skipping rope yet, but seems just as well made. Price is great. Would definitely recommend!!

A little smaller than expected, but manages to do the job I purchased it for. Great for basic step (stepping on and off) but don’t expect to be able to do anything more than that as it is not wide enough. I mainly use it whilst watching tv to get in some extra cardio, so stepping/jogging on and off for an hour certainly helps in burning some extra calories and building some calf muscle. The included accessories are fine, if a little pointless as they add so light they add very little to your workout.It is very cheap though, and has helped me in shedding a few extra pounds, just don’t expect anything special from it.

I bought this step set because i am recovering from back surgery and have to rebuild my strength and fitness , love the step and weights and use them every day , cant use the skipping rope yet but look forward to getting the go ahead from my physio when my recovery is far enough along. Was well worth the money

Just what I wanted for my home gym
I was looking for a stepper to use and this is perfect the fact it can be lowered and increased is perfect for allowing my children to alos use it if they want. I use it for various exercises from step ups, weigh work, jumping, press ups ect. Very versatile and good for any home gym.
