Such a great hair dryer. My girlfriend loves to use it and has found the attachments very helpful. It dries her hair quickly without causing static frizz.

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap i.d. on October 12, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The device constantly shuts off during use, and the filter warning light starts flashing. I have carefully followed all of Dyson's recommended troubleshooting steps, including cleaning the filter thoroughly and checking for any blockages. Sometimes it seems to work normally after cleaning, but the same issue always comes back. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and reliability. It is very frustrating to spend so much money on a styling tool that cannot be used consistently without shutting down. The return window has already passed, but a premium product like this should not develop these problems after such a short period of time. At this point, I feel that I wasted my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this item. It’s lightweight and does everything! It smooth my hair if I want it smooth, it curls great and provides decent volume for my straight fine hair. It even dries my hair in half the time as my regular hairdryer. It is a bit pricey, but it is hopefully the last hairdryer that I buy.

I have been debating on whether to get this or the Shark Flexstyle. Definitely there’s a learning curve to using this. I have pin-straight & low-porosity hair, I did the 70-80% dry before styling. The curls lasted for less than an hour even when I applied mousse to my hair. I think it works well with high-porosity hair? Not so sure. Best to test the product for a few days since this is super pricey. It still uses heat so even when it’s Dyson it will still cause hair damage if you style your hair daily. Also, the unit seems used, it had a piece of hair in the filter area, bluetooth light part looks off, and one of the attachments looked a bit poorly made. The rest worked fine.

Works really well, I will say the price is a bit outrageous but I feel like compared to my other blowout tools, this is game changer in how much time it saves and how much better it is on my hair. If you can shell out $$$ this is for you. I will say the ID part of it literally makes so difference. It’s just an app you have to download and it presets the heat and cool setting only for curls. If you’re debating between the standard model and this one, just go with the standard model

My wife wanted one for a long time, and I bought it for her, I like how her hair looks beautiful, she is delighted with her Dyson, she always shows off 🤭
