Awesome, until it Stopped working after two (2) rides.
I normally don't write reviews, but this really needs to be read. It was an Awesome skateboard, until it Stopped working after only two (2) rides. In those two rides it reached 23 mph at top speed, 14 miles range with one charge on low speed, it came with the Koowheel bag, two very cool additional grip tapes, and arrived on time. It did rattle a lot because of the positioning of the battery and it's case to allow the board some Flex, and the ride isn't the smoothest, but nothing too bad to stop anyone from enjoying the board. I'm not sure if the problem was caused by the battery, the battery's connection to the motherboard, or the motherboard itself created the problem, but when I buy anything, I shouldn't have to repair it for it to work as advertised.

Awesome but...
+ Fast+ Good Range+ The electric motor is really quite!______- Turning is not that easy specially for a higher board. I hoped for something better.- Lost the battery rubber guard on my second time on this board and I cant even find a replacement.- Its really RATTLY. Its sound as if all of the bearing are loose and its loud! I’m not sure if mine is defective.- Wheels did chip pretty easily._____Overall, its really good

I'm having difficulty understanding why the rating is so low
Maybe the company addressed some of the earlier issues of the board?Tires are replaceable - comes with an extra setTrucks come looser than I saw in some of the videos. Very nice to break in properlyYes it does rattle. I think that's inherent of a skateboard but it's not the first thing I thought ofBolts and everything appear tightMotherboard is their latest generation? which uses epoxy and is potted, nice from an electronics engineering perspectiveBattery has a nice secure connectionI'll update for longevity's sake and for pictures but I'm impressed for $650

Amazing for the price, unreliable
Fun to ride, goes about 22 mph on flat ground, gets about 7-9 miles of range depending on hills. It has regenerative braking, and hot swappable batteries. All in all a very good board, and if anything breaks parts are really cheap and easy to find on eBay.EDIT: The main motherboard with all the control MOSFETs gave up the ghost after about 200 miles (I rode this board A LOT I want to emphasize this) I don’t know the cause I’m getting it replaced by amazon because it decided to fail under normal conditions, I don’t go up a ton of hills and I treated it pretty well... I will maintain that this is a good board and very very fun to ride. If I wasn’t in the Amazon replacement window I would have bought a new motherboard assembly for $120 and replaced it myself so my 5 star review stands. Just buyer beware if you aren’t willing to sometimes have to fix things yourself.Edit: Second board sent by amazon died on my first ride going down a hill. I had to bail, I got hurt, wear a helmet kids. Sent the second board back. Buy an Inboard m1

Great and not so great
I opened the box and I was pleasently surprised. The board looks really good, it comes with some extra parts and a bag, it was way more than any other board I bought. The deck is a bit stiff and the big wheels keep it a bit too far from the ground for my taste, but it's fun to ride and in the default mode cruises perfectly. The remote is genius, super light and comfortable. Now the problems after using it a couple of times: As everything in the board screams quality, it surprised me the bag handle almost came off on the first lift. On my second ride (always in cruise mode) I noticed the front left wheel started squeaking. I have a mixed felling. I'll try the customer support to see how they respond and I will update this.Update:The truth is I love the board, it's safe and crazy fast, what makes it unique. The braking is probably the best I tried ( even better than a boost ), it can go from full speed to full stop quickly without you flying out the board. With all the additional goodies you get this is a winner. The extra wheels, the grips and the bag are awesome. The downside is that, as usual with these small companies, they don't have a good customer service. I wrote several emails trying to make it work but they were very unresponsive and at the end the solution was to send the board back to them so they can fix it and send it back... with at least a couple of weeks of waiting in between. I went the usual route and processed an exchange through amazon instead. I received the new board and I'm sending the old one back to them. The problem is after the Amazon 30 days thing you might be on your own.

Poor quality/reliability
I rode this board to work everyday. It's Was fast and a pretty nice ride besides the loud rattling from the motors. After a couple days the board would die about a mile in where I had to check the battery connection and restart it to keep going. Then the board died pretty consistently and completely stopped working. Also the remote button got stuck and the Esc case fell off. When the board worked as designed it was pretty great, otherwise my meepo board is much more reliable.

Short time fun!
First I was surprised positively about the product - lots of fun and the quality seamed to be great.BUT - after about 10 rides the rear wheels started to rattle and getting worse. Loud enough that you don’t have to warn others you are coming. Everything was tightened / assuming problems insight of the wheel hubs - or shot bearings. Which is not acceptable!E-Mails to the customer service unanswered for more than a week!
