Could this fit a Glock 21 with a tac light on it?

Probably not with the tac light. Fits a Sig P320 with iron sights, but the added height that a Romeo red dot sight adds to the gun makes it too large to be able to close the retention strap.

Will this fit a Hk p30 ?

As this is made of canvas{?} and velcro, it adjusts to fit almost any style sidearm. You just wrap it around the weapon and secure the velcro to fit it. It has an adjustable strap inside to fit to the length of the barrel and yes, you can even fit it around a light.

Will this fit a hk 45?

I think it would but i never got to use mine broke in my hand. I returned it and not thinking twice about it. If it brakes in your hand then its not safe for your firearm. Human life could be lost by guns dropping
