I have some plugs that are in the floor. And I didn't want to drape a cord on the ground to an outlet on the wall, so I got this, ran it under the chairs and plugged it in. Bingo perfect and hidden now. The base itself sits under my little side table out of site. now my phones are USBs are good and the 4 plugs I needed are satisfied. a great purchase.

Handy having 10 foot cord (that’s how I ordered mine), with multiple outlets. Handles 15 amps. The USB charging ports are handy, but only top out at about 3A so slow charging. Only used once but quality appears good. Ground and surge protection indicator lights seem useful.

I chose this particular style because of it being flat and sits better- and doesn’t twist on its side- it’s more secure. Other surge protectors are rectangular and twists on its side. It is exactly as described. Thanks
