Great Treadmill. Fantastic customer service.
After looking at numerous treadmills and reading reviews, I decided to buy TheRun, and have no regrets at all. Delivery arrived sooner than expected, and was very well packaged. The manual was clear and showed step by step assembly that make screwing the parts easy and fast. I'm very impressed with this product. It is a solid, sturdy unit, and is definitely not cheaply made. The motor is quiet and strong. The belt is long and wide enough for me to run comfortably without hitting the sides or backsliding off it at 5'7". The fifteen programs, 3 HP motor, 12% auto incline,18 inch LED screen and 2 layer shock absorbers makes this treadmill perfect for me. And, I can't say enough about Zora in Customer Service. Zora was pleasant, polite, kind, and professional each time responding to a number of my questions.Zora is definitely an asset to the employer.

The motor runs smoothly and quietly, making it perfect for use early in the morning or while watching a series. The display panel is easy to read and offers all the basic features I need speed, distance, time and calories burned. The assembly was straightforward and took about an hour or less. It folds up easily to save space, which is ideal for my apartment. Works very well, this one is a solid choice.

Loving My New Workout Room Addition!
I recently set up a dedicated workout room at home, and this treadmill has been the perfect centerpiece. The motor is powerful yet surprisingly quiet—I can get in a solid run without disturbing the rest of the house. I really appreciate the 12 levels of incline, which let me customize my workouts and really feel the burn. The running belt is spacious and comfortable, and the shock absorption makes a noticeable difference on my knees.Setup was quick, and I love how easily it folds up when I need more space. It’s been a fantastic investment in my fitness routine, and I’m genuinely excited to use it every day. Highly recommend for anyone building a home gym!

Quiet, Compact, and Just What I Needed!
I’m 5’3” and recently got this treadmill, and I absolutely love it! It’s compact, quiet, and works exactly as expected. I set it up in my basement, and it fits perfectly without taking up too much space. Despite its size, it feels very sturdy and reliable. The controls are easy to use, and I really appreciate the clear display showing speed, distance, and time. It’s perfect for walking or light jogging. If you’re looking for an affordable, space-saving treadmill that gets the job done without the noise, this is it!

Great value!
After looking at several units, and talking with my daughter, I decided to order TheRun. The assembly waseasy. It has 15 programs which you can adjust during the work out. The interface is simple and responsive. The automatic incline is smooth and I like being able to adjust during the workout. The belt stops immediately if the emergency clip is disconnected. I don't run but my son tested the higher speeds for running and liked it. I have a long stride and the 3.5 speed is about top for me right now. I'm 70 and this treadmill is perfect, it will keep me challenged.

I actually can't believe this is priced like this.
OK. I have been on a LOT of treadmills. I want to give you the pros and (limited) cons of this. But, hear me out. When I make a rating on a review, I'm not comparing apples to oranges. Meaning, I won't give a Kia 3 stars because I've been in a Ferrari. You have to consider what you're getting, the price you're paying for it, and the overall value. First off, this is very easy to put together. It takes some time only because screwing things in takes time. But, that said, the parts are packaged in a tight pack and you know you have exactly what you need in there. The directions are very clear on how to put this together. And.. it all works. The holes are aligned where they need to be, and all tools you need are included. So let's talk about the treadmill itself. If anyone tells you this is hard and feels like you're walking or jogging on asphalt... they're wrong. I run on asphalt 4x a week. This has shock absorption for sure. Maybe not the amount you get on an expensive gym treadmill... but remember.... Ferrari vs Kia (and Kias can be REALLY good). The controls are intuitive and clear. The fact that you have quick starts for various inclines and speeds are awesome. The ease of how this folds up and sets up for your use... unbelievably easy. A concern I had was whether this was too short on the handles to be of use. They are easy to grab on to if needed. And, the reality... is that you aren't going to grab them while you jog the whole time. They're there if you need in an emergency (think about it.. you don't jog with side bars). The only cons I have experienced so far is that the length of the belt is not that long. BUT... that is by design. This is supposed to be compact. I never felt like I was in danger of running out of room at all. Just stay moving up front. The width was MUCH easier to stay in line with than I thought it would be. Everything is bright. It was all clear. The safety has to be magnetically attached for it to start. But you don't NEED to attach/use it.All in all, I'm pretty AMAZED you can get this treadmill for the cost. 20 years ago, this would have approached 1K. Certainly, technology keeps getting better... but even if this lasts a year, you've more than covered what you REALLY use a gym membership for, right? This is like a 5-star, non-Ferrari vehicle. I'm still in shock over the quality and value you get for the price/cost.
