Will this fit over a thick post-op bandage (adult foot surgery)?

The sleeve was perfect for my post foot surgery I took vigorous showers with this foot sleeve without ever leaking into the bandage.

I know its water proof for showers but I cant put weight on my foot for 8 weeks and i dont want to buy a lot of stuff, will it be ok with a bath?

The boot was never used in the bath. The seal on the shower was tight with no leaks. The boot was used for weeks.

I am not sure, however, I would NOT recommend thus item. The leg ring tore after 5 days, (5 shower uses). I hope it helps.
