It works. Use it to tame my PMS and facial hair. Both have decreased drastically. I use it twice a day, all month long and am on week 7. Last month I had no PMS symptoms or cramps. I have been on all kinds of different supplements trying to get them under control and this was a last resort. It works. My facial hair growth is definitely down as well.

I had a cyst on my ovary that was producing estrogen. My doc changed my birth control and we rechecked the cyst a month later... it was still there and my estrogen levels were still high! I love the consistency of this. I have never used topical progesterone before this one though so I'm unsure of how well it will help me yet. The price is good and I like that it lists that it's gluten free and free of other chemicals etc.

I love the product but wish it had a better pump system only because I'm supposed to only do 1/4 pump a night. I don't know what that looks like.

Well, it smells nice, but won't it ever soak in? Not sure it's helping as much as other brands, but I did miss a couple weeks between brands, so maybe my body is catching up, too. Glad I can know I alway get the same amount every time.
