Turmeric + C Enlighten Serum

Excellent face tightening and spot remover for face. I love the scent of oranges. Love all these glow and youthful skin products. Great for any skin type. Works perfectly on my 65+ skin. Helps wrinkles appear less. I think it provide a lift to sagging face. In auto delivery that’s how good it is!!

I bought this serum for my sister, specifically to lighten the dark circles under her eyes. She's had trouble with dark circles for a long time now and it's only gotten worse over the past year. Her dermatologist suggested that the circles may be related to eye strain and her rubbing her eyes a lot. Only a lightening/brightening product would have an effect on them. I searched high and low for a product that would be able to brighten the area while providing a good amount of hydration and definitely not irritate her. Long story short, I ended up picking up Andalou Naturals Tumeric Plus C Enlighten Serum. I chose the face serum over the dedicated eye serum because I thought this would be stronger and provide quicker results. According to my sister, I was right. She absolutely loves this serum! She's been using it for about a month now and says her under eye area looks and feels great! The circles aren't completely gone, but they've lightened up. She's using the serum nightly and tops it off with Vaseline if she's feeling a bit dry. I should also mention that she started off using this only every other night for about a week, then bumped it up to every two nights on, one night off, then up to nightly. In the morning she's using Cerave Eye Repair Cream, but she's going to switch to using this day and night once the Cerave is done. She definitely recommends it! 7/10/16 Update: My sister's stilling using this serum and it's still working great! Her dark circles have gone from almost black in color to a light reddish/brownish. She feels confident going without concealer on most days. The only thing is that it can get a little drying so she's going to fall back to using this three times a week at night and she's looking for a more moisturizing eye cream for the rest of the week. Still, she loves this product!!

Bought this at Whole Foods the first time around, on a whim - and liked it well enough to order a second bottle from Amazon. This is a very *good* vitamin C serum that you can use every morning. Apply after cleansing, before moisturizer and/or sunscreen. I bought this while I was out of town, because I'd run out of my SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic serum. I didn't have an easy way of getting a new bottle of the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic, and happened upon Andalou Naturals brand Turmeric/C serum at a local Whole Foods store. Grabbed it, and you know what? It is an excellent vitamin C serum. If I could rate it 4.5 stars out of 5, I would - because it's a very good product. In some ways, it's even better than SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic - because it absorbs quickly. This stuff brightens up your skin like nobody's business - and it also seems to firm/tighten up skin as well. With Andalou Naturals Turmeric & Vitamin C serum, I don't need to bother with a makeup primer and over time, it seems to improve the look of my skin - fewer pores, a bit glow-y-er, a bit firmer - it's just a good thing to have! I would definitely recommend this product - one of the best skin care items I've tried - and very reasonably priced. This is a high-quality product at an amazing price, compared to other (more expensive) products on the market. Just for the record, I have fairly sensitive skin and this stuff didn't irritate my skin at all. If you are wanting to try a vitamin-C serum and don't want to spend $100+ or more - this is the thing to get. As good or better than the more expensive serums out there. Definitely better than the department store brands and a very close approximation of some of the higher-end skin care products you might find at the dermatologist's office. Very happy with this - one of the best vitamin C serums on the market.

Feels good, works great smells delightful plant based. Use before moisturizer. Smooths on with ease love the light weight texture. Hydration for my dry skin before the moisturizer! I have sensitive skin, does what it needs too, keeper! Andalou going to try more products as well.

If i could give it 10 stars i would. skin drinks up this vitamin c tonic and literally glows. The scars of acne past will fade away. I couldnt believe it

Disclaimer: I use this with a kojic turmeric bar soap. I have combination skin, mostly oily with extremely dry patches. I have purchased multiple bottles of this product and have not seen any improvements in my face other than providing a level of balanced moisture that I can achieve with consistent water intake and moisturising. The smell and appearance have been consistent, contrary to what others have experienced, but I don’t really see a benefit to my pores, dark spots, or anything else beyond what the tumeric soap has been doing.

Great product for brown spots/liver spots. I have a brown spot on my face. I used this day and night. It has faded significantly. Light orange smell that fades really fast.

Love this, smells amazing and I really think it helped with my skin. I use this before suncream to help protect my face. Contains brilliant ingredients. I like the fact it contains Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamin C) which is a different form of Vitamin C other brands.
