On paper this hose is great. Reality, it good/OK. If you want something safe for say garden or kids water toys. Then this hose is great. If you looking to say water you lawn with a oscillator sprinkler or a Nelson Rain Train. Then this is not the best hose for it. It works, it just the water flow is not great. With my prior hose, The Perfect Garden hose. Which is a 5/8" hose. Has a much higher flow. That is because it is a true 5/8" ID hose. This hose is smaller ID, it is not a true 5/8" hose. Despite that it says that the 600 series is a 5/8" ID, it is not. It more like a ½ inch, compare to my 100' TPG hose.

We were looking for a hose that would not leave black marks on hands, hold up to the 110+ summer heat, be safe to drink from, put out sufficient water, and have minimal kinks. It also needed to be durable and not fail after one season. We haven't hit the summer high temperatures yet but so far this hose fits the bill. It rarely kinks and a few tugs usually undoes any kinks that do happen. We water gardens, kids, dogs, and chickens with it and there is no chemical smell. We have had it since the end of September and it is now April so it survived a winter. The price is steep but not much more expensive than other 100ft hoses we were looking at. If it makes it through summer in as good of condition as it is now, we would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend it.

These are the best hoses I've ever used. Relatively light, drinking water safe, and they don't tend to kink. UV resistant too.

This is a great hose. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. I needed a 100 ft hose to reach from the hydrant in the barn out to the garden. I wanted one that was drinking water safe. It is used for watering chickens (used for meat and eggs) a 1/2 acre garden and horses. The hydrant is drinking water safe along with the splitters we use. What would be the point of using a non drinking water hose if we were concerned enough to make sure everything else was safe. I looked for a long time and read countless reviews. I wanted something that was light weight, wouldn't kink and was sturdy. This hose fits the bill! It's even a nice olive green and isn't that noticeable running along the fence line. I love how easy it is to carry, and unwind. Even new it just took a couple of shakes to straighten it out. Now this winter when I need to fill troughs for the horses and refill the chickens water it won't be a struggle in the cold with a heavy hose that wants to kink constantly and get stuck on everything. Definitely recommended.

Excellent hose all the way around. It lays nicely in even coils thereby making it look great even when not in use. My wife raves about her Cadillac hose. She says it is a pleasure not only to use, but simply to behold.As for me, I thought it was overpriced. But my wallet is happy that my money went to an American company.

When you spend this much for a hose, you expect a lot more than what this hose delivers. The water pressure is very poor and the hose kinks like crazy. Why don't they make a larger diameter hose with better build quality? I am extremely disappointed in this product. To make things worse - the price of this hose has increased by 50% in the past 5 months! That is some pandemic price gouging.

I’ve had two of these hose for a few years and bought two for my dad. Great hoses that have lasted so far.
