Great if you intubate often
Im an internist and bough these as a quick reference for sedatives and paralytics. They fit nicely on my badge and are not cumbersome to carry around. Tables are easy to read and well done. What I like about them is in the heat of the moment when you need to intubate someone, you don't often have much time to reference a computer or handbook. This card makes the dosage calculations much easier.

Useful information close at hand
Just got these, but have already used for reference for critical care drips twice. Replace an older outdated set I have had. The old badge holder is getting heavy, time to prune it some more but these are staying! Great time saver in truly emergent situations.
