Maximum Relief Medicated Anti-Itch Cream

It's helped for itching.

Could be thicker, but works well. The menthol is not overdone.

Itś creamy and supposedly an anesthetic (pramoxine), BUT when applied to an irritated area of the skin, the menthol component, a strong irritant, causes more itchiness and pain, NOT suppressed by the pramoxine. Thus, not effective to relieve itching. If they made it without menthol, it might be a nice creamy topical anesthetic.

I haven't been using it very long, but so far, it has been working really well for me. It relieves itch and redness immediately. I keep having to wash my hands, so can't speak for how long it lasts, but have no reason to believe it wouldn't last long. The redness and raised rash is already disappearing, which is much better than the maximum anti-itch cream I was using before. I don't hesitate to recommend it.

I used regular anti-itch cream, then medicated Gold Bond, but neither did much for my bug bites. But this stuff did the job, and at a decent price too!

One of the few anti-itch products out there that has menthol, which greatly helps severe itching. Prefer this over all the newer formulations that don’t have it. They’re just not as effective.
