I am reviewing the Grey/Dark Grey "Scan Smart" backpack with the ID pocket on the strapI kept an open mind when i bought this backpack cuz i knew this was going to be from one of those obscure Chinese brands. So FOR WHAT IT IS, I quite like the back pack.Pros: I like the sleek design and its quite stylish. I bought a different backpack that had the "mobile charger" feature and I quite like that it is so convenient to be able to charge your phone from your backpack on the go (As mentioned by others, this back pack DOES NOT come with a power bank. You have to supply your own power bank. However it does come with a cord already plugged into the external USB port that you can use to plug into your power bank). The backpack is also pretty comfy even tho to be honest the padding is made of cheap foam its still comfy though i will be willing to bet that that foam will wear down over time. The material itself feels pretty durable. Lastly, the pocket to fit your laptop is nice and roomy. It easily fit my 15.6" laptop and am willing to bet it can even fit a 17" laptop. Its also nicely padded with a large pad of blue memory foam bubbles so it should absorb shock pretty well.Cons: These cons are small but are enough to prevent me from giving the full 5 stars. The main one being a lack of multiple pockets (Its pretty obvious from the pictures how many pockets the backpack comes with the pictures suggest the main pocket is bigger than it really is). The bag only has a main pocket and a secondary pocket in front of the back and a "secret" third pocket on the back. Inside you have a main pocket for your laptop, a secondary pocket for say an ipad or tablet and smaller pockets along the back for your power bank, pens, and other smaller items. I mean you can fit a lot of stuff inside so thats good. but because its on inside one chamber theres not much in terms of organization if you carry a lot of things.The "Eh": It'll take some getting used to the way you open the bag. As opposed to opening from the top like most bags, this one you open along the back side. There's also a downside to this design, because the laptop would be located on the part of the backpack that opens up, it has the tendency to just fall out on you. Thankfully it comes with a Velcro strap you can use to secure your laptop. However it can get annoying to always having to strap you laptop so I wish there was a secondary pocket where you can stow away the velcro strap if you don't need it.Lastly I was between this backpack and another one. The tie breaker was the fact this bag featured an "ID" pocket on the strap. I thought this would be a great alternative to carrying a wallet i can just stick my cards in this pocket. It can fit i would say up to 3 cards easily but any more than that it can get hard to take cards out or put cards in. Also because this is a normal pocket and not a re-enforced pocket like i thought, it follows the contours of your shoulder and has the possibility to bend your cards. So I would only really use this pocket for business cards i collect or my student ID that i frequent taking out of my wallet so its a good use for those kind of cards but i wouldnt use it to store bank cards again because you cant fit that many and they could bend.All in all, for the price and considering this is a phony chinese brand i quite like this bag and am eager to put it through its paces hopefully for a long time. But i will say my next bag wont be coming from one of these chinese brands.

This backpack has traveled with me from a conference to home and work every day. I love how it opens up more so that it doesn't feel like things are lost in a bottomless pit. I can hold my laptop as well as several files. I can stay organized and keep extra supplies since I commute an hour each way. Everything from charger cables to protein packs fit perfectly in the inside pockets and I'm able to keep jewelry and passport in the zipper pocket on the backside. Very cushioned for when I have it totally full. The durability adds to the weight, but earlier reviews had the handle splitting or the straps fraying. I haven't experienced that. The zipper around the outside edge can be a challenge at times when I have it too full, but it forces me to pack more neatly instead of shoving more in. I really like the small zipper pouch on the straps to keep an extra key or card handy so I don't have to open up the pack. Never leave home without it.

Excellent backpack, on the bigger side compare to similar models. Successfully packed in mirorless camera, purse, a book, pad, sweater, several layers in case of rainy weather, bottle of water, hat and sunglasses - everything needed for an exploratory day in each of medival cities we have visited during our recent trip to Europe.

Para personas que viajan frecuentemente y necesitan de una portátil se las puedo recomendar ya que es muy muy cómoda y al tacto el material luce resistente, por lo menos yo, que viajo a zonas lluviosas la impermeabilidad me ha resultado útil, claro no pasar mucho tiempo bajo estas condiciones siempre es bueno. La compra me llego a una provincia de Perú a través de DHL, estoy contento con mi compra.

Bought this due to its large size for my teenage grandson so that he can take multiple large binders and books to school. He is very satisfied with it

I bought this backpack for a trip and the charger doesn't work! Now that I'm back it's too late to return. Waste of money.

I don’t give 5 stars often but this bag deserves it! Buy it now! It holds a great amount of contents for its compact size. I’m recommending it to my coworkers.

I really like the bag... it’s very easy to use however there not a lot of storage for anything other than laptop and small items. Still a great bag that is durable. I also like that it has a secure section.
