Great pomegranate scent. Great moisturize and a third purchase of the product

I absolutely love this fragrance by Crabtree & Evelyn. I wear it everyday. It lasts all day, is not overbearing and I don't feel like I'm choking when I inhale. I want all the products in this line.

I'm not a diehard fan of C&E products, but I have purchased them on and off in the past when I've come across a scent of their lotion that I really like. This is the first time I've ever used one of their oils, and I'm not sure if I like it or not. It goes on easily, absorbs quickly, but oddly leaves skin feeling dry rather than feeling soft, plump, and moisturized. It's weird because my skin didn't feel tight and/or dry, but the whole alligator look never went away. I felt like I still needed to grab a bottle of regular lotion and apply it over the top of the oil so the crepe-y look would go away. Next there is the scent - seriously strong and overpowering. It's not a BAD scent, per se. It's actually quite nice if you only use a drop or two of the oil on your pulse points as your scent for the day in lieu of spray perfume. If you use this oil all over as a moisturizer, well, people will definitely smell you coming into a room. The scent is strong enough to even affect the flavor of what you eat or drink (meaning your morning cup of coffee will have a weird aftertaste, like you accidentally added a drop of the oil to your cup). I tried using this to help contain flyaways and for that purpose it does work pretty well. A couple of drops is all it takes, and the scent level imparted isn't anything that would be offensive in a small, enclosed setting like a car or elevator. I also tried this as a cuticle oil, but for that purpose it just wasn't rich enough.For the price, I don't think would ever buy this product again in order to use it on its own as a moisturizer. I actually ended up buying a couple bottles of unscented lotion and adding a good portion of this oil to each in order to make a product that has the level of moisturization I am looking for with a scent that is tolerable to all those around me.

I love the fresh and spicy fruit scent of Crabtree and Evelyn nourishing nutri-oil. It is heavily perfumed and can be used as the only scent worn. In fact it is so strong that it may overpower another perfume. The sprayer is wonderful and provides a light mist of oil. It leaves my skin looking hydrated but not greasy. I can apply it either before I get ready or after without concern of getting oil on my clothes because of how fast it absorbs. I also use it with a carrier oil with skin care devices. The only thing I do not like it for is my hair. I did not like the feeling it gave my hair or the texture of my hair after use. However, It makes my skin feel soft and I love the gorgeous and sophisticated scent. I plan to re-order and think it is a great nourishing oil.

This is my first time using argan oil - I've always heard about its hydrating qualities for the skin and especially the hair. Now that I've tried it I am not sure how I feel about it. But first, let me talk about the basics of my experience with this oil.Smell: it's super fruity, but not artificial. I generally don't like anything with a strong scent due to my sensitive skin, as most scents are artificial. However, as far as I can tell, the fruity scent I get from this oil is not artificial, or if it is, there isn't very much artificial parts. My skin did not break out using this product, and I actually enjoy the scent, but wish it were less potent.Packaging: the spray on nozzle is my favorite part about this packaging. The spray is small and focused but disperses evenly, which makes application smooth and easy. However, the bottle is super heavy because it's made of glass, so if you have slippery hands after a shower be careful about dropping it!Texture: initially this feels nice, but as it dries and is being absorbed, my skin feels "squeaky" which I don't like. I prefer oil to feel like oil. However, on hair it's pretty good - makes my hair look hydrated and shiny but not greasy. So I think I'd be using it more on my hair than my skin.Final verdict? I'd use it but not very much, since I don't have the habit of spraying my hair with oil, but it's a useful thing to have in my master bathroom.

First, I have loved this brand since I was a little girl. They used to have a store at the mall and every weekend, I would go and smell everything and use whatever allowance I had to buy what I could. Next, I love this oil. A little goes a long way and you can use it for so many things- stretch mark prevention, rough skin on your feet and elbows, smooth rough cuticles, a great lip balm for when your lips are dry, moisturize dry and flaky skin, add a dab on a cotton round and smooth over your face for a youthful glow, run a little on the ends of your hair to help the appearance of split ends. My husband loves how my skin feels after I use it... and when my hair feels dry, rub a little in and your hair instantly looks shiny and bouncy. Tons of antioxidants and it smells great.

This spray smells similar to other Crabtree & Evelyn products that I have purchased in the past. It's a little bit sweet and a little bit Floral but a clean smell. It's not overly cloying or heavy at all. I was a little surprised being that this had a lot of oil in it that it absorbs into my skin so well. You spray this on and barely even have to rub it in before it's absorbed into your skin. While I can feel it on my hands just a little bit, I don't feel it on my arms legs and torso and there's no greasy feel to it at all. The scent does last for a about an hour but after that I either I'm used to it and can smell it or it has faded to almost nothing. I have not put this on my hair but hands nails and skin are a go. I have super sensitive skin and have not had any redness with this but I not put it on my face. I have hormonal acne and according to the dermatologist it's not good to put any potentially clogging oils on your face. Overall, this is a really nice product.

This has a fairly strong fruity/flower/citrus scent. The scent lingers for a few hours on my skin. I like the scent but of course, scent is a very personal thing.A little bit of this oil goes a long way. It takes a minute or so for it to absorb in to the skin. I tend to gently rub it in. I would not use this on my face – too much scent. I tried a bit on my hair & it was nice. But the key with hair is to go very light. I put one small spritz in the palm of my hand, rubbed my hands together & then lightly smoothed thru the ends, avoiding the top of my head & scalp.

This has a great, bright and fruity scent that smells cheerful! The sprayer helps diffuse the amount a bit, so you can put on a thinner layer, which is all you need. This is great after bathing to help trap moisture in, and it absorbs reasonably well without too much greasy residue, as long as you rub it in. Also works as a massage oil.

I like this oil for a quick spritz to my arms and legs in the morning for a hit of moisture and glow. It's also great for nails. I love that the spray is a pretty fine mist. I can use this in my hair but most people probably wouldn't want to. I have very dry hair (as in, I apply argan oil to the ends almost daily and still only have to wash it once every 7 days). I would not use this as an all over body spray because the scent is just too strong. In a few sprays, it's enough for me. The smell reminds me of Christmas. I would like this oil a lot more in another milder scent. For the fall and winter, it'll work for me.

First off, I love the fragrance of this Crabtree & Evelyn Pomegranate & Argan Oil. It has a heavy citrus scent - which I absolutely love. Tangy. Sweet.I also love that the oil comes in a glass bottle with spray dispenser. 3.4 fluid ounces of oil will last me a long time when I spritz it on.The oil absorbs into my skin almost instantly. It's very luxurious. You can spray it on your skin or in your hair, for instant softness. With beautiful scent.

the odor is too strong. the oil is nice but had to throw it all away it made everyone in the house nauseous.

Especially as the weather gets colder my skin gets drier and I like to use oil after my shower. This oil is very strongly scented, and I made a mistake of using it on its own the first time. My skin felt great but the scent was overpowering. It is a strong pomegranate, fruity but tart. Since that time I use it in combination with other oil after my shower which helps lighten the scent. I have also used it on my hair by spraying once in my hands then gently applying over my curls while they are still lightly damp. The oil itself is lightweight and absorbs without leaving a greasy feel. Like all strongly scented products it works best in moderation, the scent is long lasting and not a fragrance you come across often which is nice.

I love using oils on my skin but the hard part is finding sprays that don't leave your skin feeling greasy or oily, just soft and refreshed. Scent is a very personal thing and what someone likes another will hate and different scents actually smell different on different people. I personally really like this scent. It's on the sweeter side and isn't overwhelming. It feels great on my skin and doesn't leave a gross oily feeling. It really does absorb well. If you like sweeter, floral fragrances this is a great choice. Very nice, high-quality product.

This is a nice oil that absorbs really well into the skin. It may make folks who already have oily skin have some issues but for those of us out of teen years, it is a nice option. It has a lovely, silky feel, but it also has a stronger scent than expected. Some argan oil products have a similar smell - this one seems a bit stronger - but it also has some tropical notes. Fragrance sensitive folks may want to be aware. The smell does not continue but dissipates after the oil has been absorbed.
