Standard Tuning Slide Guitar Book/Online Media: Book with Online Video Lessons

For the beginner

still working thru this ,but so far so good

Looks a bit technical but I will have a go! It may be a bit beyond the beginner one would have thought it was supposedly geared for! Will give it a try but may be a tad difficult to figure out exactly what to do? Disappointed after a first scan through it as it does seem to require a fair amount of knowledge before you start! However, haven't really tried it out yet so may amend this review later!

I have bought loads of slide guitar tuition books mostly in open E and G tunings, but wanted to play in normal tuning like Rick Vito does. But the lessons in this book are not that interesting and not described very well..I think the book would of benefited greatly from having a CD with it. There's been loads better slide books than this like Robert johnson the new transciptions or Bottleneck blues guitar wish I massively recommend.
