Condor knives are my go to brand
From the time you first pull the knife out of the sheath you can feel and see that it’s a well made knife it comes sharp and the fit and finish is great I have the mini and the full size and wow they are great

Hefty and great quality
Bought this as a little surprise for my husband. He loves it. It is a very hefty knife and of great quality. It is quite "cute" too! It will come in handy this summer for his bushcrafting.

Awesome knife.
Not to sure about buying a knife from El Salvador at first, but as soon as I took it out of the box the quality was evident. It came very sharp (not shaving sharp) the blade is thick about 3/16s I would say (between a Mora classic and a Kabar Becker) handle scales are very nice and seem to be secured very well, and the sheath is thick black leather that holds the knife very secure. Next, I decided to test it, using 4 pieces of oak about 3" in dia. and about 12" long dried but not soft, I batonned thru each piece very quickly and had kindling in a matter of seconds . Next I had to modify the finger stop at the back of the blade to allow extra room for my fingers to completely grip the handle, I did this with a die grinder with a cut-off tool and then used a roloc disc to smooth it, I turned out great and looks like it was made this way. This is the reason for only 4 stars, it just didn't fit my hand out of the box. Lastly, I stropped the blade with coarse and the fine stropping compound, after about 5 minutes it was shaving sharp. I love this knife it has become my new workhorse whenever I head to the woods.

Very sharp and high quality
It is great, sharp enough to cut to the bone - gave it to my brother for Christmas and he sliced his thumb open when he unsheathed it haha. He’s okay though

Broke in half at first use
I was so excited to use this once the weather was good for camping in the mountains. As soon as I went to use it, it broke in half. I was thoroughly stunned. However, when I got back, I emailed the manufacturer. I sent them picturesof the broken knife. They had no problem, honoring their warranty and sent me a new knife. Now I just keep it in the box because I’m afraid to break it. It’s a real bummer cause I really like condor. I have several knives from them. I think the most useful knife they make is the woodlaw.

It feels like quality, dull as a rock
It came so dull I couldn't believe it. I can run a finger along the edge and not cut myself. Gonna spend some time on the stones and see if I can't put an edge on it.

Awesome
Definitely my new favorite compact knife. I own the full size and its my favorite knife. The small one is equally awesome just smaller and more carry convenient. Wish it had gimping on the spine but my dremel will take care of that. Also wish it had a lanyard hole(on both). Definitely way better than the SRK compact. But once you own the full size you gotta try the compact. Also note that the rear brass rivet is smooshed to all hell and obtuse. It shouldn’t hurt anything just looks weird.
