Top Quality, Easy to Use.
I rarely write product reviews, but I am so impressed with this one, I felt compelled to do so. I bought this to replace the inaccurate inflator/pressure gauge that came with my compressor. This Jaco unit is solid, the gauge is very accurate and the ergonomics are excellent. My favorite feature is auto locking air chock. It attaches quickly, has a tight seal, and a convenient quick release mechanism.

Accurate Gauge, Good Quality, Quick Connect Chuck is AWESOME!
The gauge is very accurate and the bleed feature is nice. Overall it feels well-made but I did have a minor issue with leaking at the connection to the hose to handle and it took me a few tries with teflon tape before I was able to seal it. That could have been due to the threads on my hose versus the handle so I havent lowered my rating. To me, the coolest thing is the quick connect air chuck! It is SO EASY to snap on & off without losing hardly any air at all! I've attached the handle to a portable air tank that I use to top off and/or bleed pressure from motorcycle tires on track days. This filler gauge and handle makes its very convenient and easy to use. It fits in the hand nicely and is not too large or bulky.

Tire Pressure Maintenance the Easy Way
Great tool - I wish I had purchased it years ago. Easy to use, accurate (when compared to my automobile tire pressure sensors), and with the fill and deflate feature makes tire pressure maintenance flawless. With the connecting clip to the tire valve stem (straight line rather than angled), no longer do I fight with trying to place a manual gauge over the stem multiple times while deflating the tire in the process - probably the most important convenience. There are a couple of versions: one for use stand-alone as a tire pressure gauge, and another to use inline with an air compressor to assist with the inflation process (Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge), which is the one I purchased and in my opinion is the most useful for tire pressure maintenance. I use it in a home environment rather than a shop, so the ruggedness is more than satisfactory - although by appearance of construction it would be great either way. I have only been using it a month, but so far it keeps on ticking. For your consideration, the 1.0 version has a separate deflate button on the side, while the 2.0 (mine) has an integrated two position fill-and-deflate lever for one hand operation. Honestly, I don’t think one is an advantage over the other. This is a must have device for your tool chest.

Not extremely accurate, but worth keeping
I really want to like this air gauge but it's off by 1 psi, not a big deal but it work great. It had great reviews so I bought it. Easy to read & use. I also like the easy to insert attached air chuck.

A great tool that works as described.
I thought this was a bit pricey at the time I purchased it and considered cheaper products. However after using this tool I find it worth the money. I find it accurate and easy to use. I like the hose end that grips the tire valve and stays on until you release i. the dial is lighted for easy reading even in dark garages or at night. I find fault with the design and the operation. Definitely a five star product. IF I had to criticize it would be how easy it is to confuse the pressure reading between PSI and Kg/L of air. The reading is switchable and you must make sure you are on the right display. But that is more operator error than a fault of the gauge. But the difference between the two read outs is not significantly different with the small indication of PSI versus Kg/L.

Defective/damaged out of the box
The inflator gauge was just delivered. I opened the box, removed the bubble bag, read the useless directions and depressed the air lever. When the air lever was depressed, the valve squeaked very badly. Note that the air fitting was never installed. After depressing the lever multiple times to try to stop the squeaking, I noticed what appeared to be a very slight amount of brass shavings on a portion of the piston. I wiped them off and then removed the access port to see if something was misaligned. Nothing was misaligned and the o-rings were in their proper channels, but I found the upper o-ring was already damaged. It had several very thin slices of material hanging off of the o-ring (think of pealing skin after a sunburn). That indicates to me that there’s a machining issue and/or a burr damaging the o-ring and piston.Brand new, out of the box, air fitting not installed, the valve on the inflator is defective and damaged. From reading the Amazon reviews, my best guess is it seems like about 1 in 10 units are either delivered defective or become defective after a short period of time and another 1 in 10 units have issues within 1 to 2 years requiring frequent maintenance.I was really looking forward to being able to use this tool. While I want to give this tool a second try, if the quality control and/or machining is such that a squeaky, damaged inflator ends up being shipped, I don’t think I can trust that the next one will be any better.

Awesome product
Works just fine. Just fill and release to check pressure and repeat until desired pressure is achieved.
