It states on the box "Oven Chips in 6 minutes" & on Amazon "*Conventional oven results from your Microwave. The perfect answer for deliciously quick family meals! *Crisp golden Oven Chips ready to savour in under 6 minutes!"This implies to me that you can cook oven chips for a family in 6 mins. in a microwave and they will appear as if they've been cooked in a conventional oven.However, on the front of the instruction booklet it states '"Oven chips in 8 minutes". And then within the booklet it indicates a minimum time of 45 secs. to heat the pan & then a minimum of 8.00-10.00 mins. for cooking just one portion (4oz.).SO WHICH IS IT ????I followed the instructions based on my 1000W microwave & cooking only a single portion. The indicated time to cook was 1min. 45sec. warming pan plus approx. 9 mins. cooking. Even after turning the chips a number of times (which of course added to the above times) the results were very poor. Some chips were still soft, others were so hard you couldn't bite into them.And this was for only one portion. I still had a second portion to cook, which had equally poor results.

Unfortunately the microwave is not big enough to take the pan, and caused it to arc, so cannot give a review at present.

Received my 2 microwave chip cookers , came in plain brown carton , with made in Taiwan 15167, nothing like the photo on your website plus no menu on what you can microwave and times it takes bit disappointing.

I have now used it twice it is not quite so good as my last one but it is ok

Isn't used often now the induction hob is fixed, but seems to be decently made, and did what we needed when purchased.

Haven’t used it much

This is very good for all food

Much easier to clean than standard chip pan
