Bearly Art glue dries clear AND matte so it is nearly invisible on your projects. It is not glossy in any way.

Does this work on parchment and glassine papers?

Cannot guarantee the craft glue will work due to slick surface of papers ... but I believe it is worth a try ...

will it work on glass, and then applying glitter on top ?

Yes! It's amazing for glitter but for so much more! As a Professional Papercrafter it's my go-to adhesive. It doesn't warp the paper, dries quickly and a little goes a long way.
