I have purchased two sets of these. Love the way they work but I can't keep the mold on the end of the connector. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, I had this problem. The earpod did not for the"elbow piece" connector and I lost the earpod after a few days. The cheaper D-shaped versions I used before would come off but only if they were tugged on. I am not sure of this is because the silicone of these earpods is softer or slicker or the hole is too loose, but regardless, I was out $16 in a week so I was not so happy about that.

does this come with the cord to plug into the radio?

No, it's just the custom earmold. You can use it to replace your existing mushroom eartip.

Since this comes only in a medium size will it fit most people

Yes, most likely. I bought several for multiple different people at my job, all with vastly different body shapes and builds. Everybody said they fit well.

I have average to maybe slightly large ears and they fit perfectly I used them on my ear piece for a security job, wearing them up to 12-14 hours straight It felt very comfortable and required no adjustment thru my shift. I would recommend it to anyone

Stays put and very comfortable

The BEST!

I have been using this one for over a year, and have found it to be ultra comfortable, great sound and very good quality. It is very soft silicon and has lasted far longer than any other piece I have used. Much worth it!Yesterday it came off in my car and I could not find it. I was devastated. I cannot wear any other ear piece for 10 or 12 hours and be comfortable.Do yourself a favor and buy this ear piece, if you don’t like it, you’ve only lost about $17 dollars, but chances are, you will love this!

Easily the best fitting, high quality, durable and comfortable. Extremely overpriced for all these great qualities though. If you're a professional then buy it but it's over the top for an earbud.

Definitely not worth it!

Very difficult or impossible to hear the beeps if you have tinnitus. The little button is very difficult to use with elderly fingers. Maybe would have helped if they made it a different color. Definitely not an effective product. Try Airpods Pro2 if you want an inexpensive hearing aid.

Great comfortable fit and can still hear

I wanted a new earpiece for those long shifts and something I could still hear while I was wearing it. I am a Game Warden and either ride around the woods with my window down listening for stuff or dismounted and walking through the woods listening for people and gun shots. I also work long days on the weekends as the hunters and fisherman go all day. My old ear pieces hurt my ears and made my ear canal itch. These are very comfortable and do not give me an pain thus far or bother me. So far so good, would give them a thumbs up. Might not be for everyone, but I'm loving it.

A massive improvement.

Feels perfect so far. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm tired of my current issued one falling out of my ear when I need to hear dispatch. So looking forward to trying then tomorrow. If the review is negative, I'll post.
