works well to break down a protein shake. Bought it because my teenage son wanted it but honestly you can use a spoon and stir - the old fashioned way. Seems a bit overpriced for some plastic and metal from China

So I’ve used my new protein shaker bottle about seven times and I have no complaints. It’s exactly what I needed. It has a secure top that you screw on, it’s got a nice fliptop that opens and there’s a hole where you can drink from. It has a little barbell wire mixer inside of it and it really serves its purpose. I’m glad I got the two pack cause I’m gonna give one to my brother. I would say it’s pretty easy to clean. I usually get the transparent clear bottles so I can see everything inside. If you’re looking for a manual hand operated non-electric protein shaker you should definitely get this.
