I have multiple things wrong with spine in my neck. I have headaches 24/7. This heating pad really helps deal with the pain. My only issue is, I wish the heat lasted longer. Get about 20 minutes of comforting heat. It has no smell, I think I have a seam slightly coming apart. Only used it for heat. Didn’t try freezing it. Yes I would recommend it for results and price
