Is the insole removable?

No it’s not removable, but it’s not so glued in like others can be, so you can gently remove it and put insole back in. I did so to accommodate an orthotic.

Are the ones that are smooth made out of real leather?

Yes they are real leather. Very comfortable!

Why are they labeled classic leather, when under description It says all man made ? This is foul

I agree with you. I was looking for the 100% genuine leather and they are over $80 on the Reebok website. These are labeled classic leather which is misleading since they are synthetic.
