I don’t know about using it for chocolate molding. We use it for our egg packing machines in our chicken barns.

It can be used on any metal food processing equipment to prevent rust. This includes pots, pans , choppers , knives, and so on. Used for storage of these implements to prevent rust. Not for cooking with.

I don’t see why not since it’s food safe

No. No. And possibly. Depends on length of storage
