I first bought the ledger nano s because it was cheaper but it was very complicated to set up and ended up not working at all. Ledger was no help in fixing it and they didn't even want to refund or replace the item for me! Still battling them for a refund through my credit card. However I still needed a cold wallet and then I found Coolwallet S. I was able to set up the wallet and transfer my crypto to the wallet in under 20 minutes. Thats all I wanted. Safety for my crypto off the exchange =) Such peace of mind. I highly recommend the Coolwallet, dont waste your time with ledger and their crappy interface/customer service.

This was the first cold storage wallet i bought. I did not know much about crypto at the time , but i was told i needed a way to take my crypto offline. This was super easy to set up and i like knowing my crypto is safe , and the best thing about it is I can keep it in my wallet. The customer service is top notch , Always respond quickly and They continue to add more features to the wallet so i can participate in DEFI. I will be updating to the PRO Wallet soon!

Simple and cool

Well, that was an expensive disappointment. I rarely write negative reviews, I just don't see it worth the time, but seeing as this cost me over $100 and it lasted less than a year, I hope this review keeps someone from making the same mistake. I purchased this due to its sleek design and security, I liked being able to keep it in my wallet, etc., probably the same reasons you are looking into it (That and all the ads about it if you trade crypto.) Not even a year later the bluetooth went out on the card, and without bluetooth, you cannot access your wallet from the app (It has to detect the card in order to move funds.) I contacted support, tried it on a different phone, tablet, unistalled the app, etc. There is a whole laundry list of things they ask you to do. In the end, they asked me to mail my card in for inspection to TAIWAN (I live in Seattle) and if they deemed it faulty, they'd issue a new one. The shipping costs 27.90, and the process takes months, not my ideal situation when dealing with such a volatile market. Anyways, sleek, yes, pretty, yes, appealing, yes. DONT BUY IT! I will be looking into a cheaper ledger option that I won't name here seeing as it then looks like I'm a competitor bashing, which I'm not. Don't be the new guy to crypto that wants the coolest looking wallet, get one that actually works and learn from me! Sorry CoolWallet, I really wanted it to work out, but it's over.

This is one of the best hard wallets I have ever used. I am particularly fond of its Bluetooth features. As an iPhone and iPad user, I find this wallet to be better than others as I do not have to lug around my laptop or restrict myself to my desktop. I also find this wallet to be very useful to Tether coin holders as this wallet is perhaps one of the few Tether hard wallets available in the world.

I originally bought a Nano S, and liked it, but I'd like to carry my cryptowallet with me and the Nano S is not waterproof. I like the Coolwallet S because it's waterproof and I can carry it everywhere it's pretty easy to use and supports XRP. I do wish they would support more of the alt coins. The Nano S is now my back up wallet, and the Coolwallet S goes with me everywhere

I love this crypto hardware wallet. It is very convenient to carry, being the size of a credit card. The bluetooth connection works flawlessly, and I feel that my funds are very safe using this wallet. It is very easy to use. I have had no problems with it so far.

I've been using the CoolWallet S since 2019, and it's a neat little device aside from one glaring flaw: they're using a nonstandard derivation path for their recovery phrase, meaning if you need to recover your wallet from another device or software wallet, you may be in for a surprise. I found this out two weeks ago when I went to make a transaction and my card refused to pair and then became corrupted when I tried to update the firmware. I still needed to send some BTC, so I tried my recovery phrase in Trust Wallet, and while most of my coins were available, BTC was not. Tried in Electrum with the same result. After searching online, it seems like the only way to gain access to my BTC would be to buy another CoolWallet device. More unsettling is that I detailed this issue in two separate emailed to CoolBitX and received no response. Fortunately, they're still selling the devices, so I should be able to replace the card and get my BTC back, but I can't say I'm thrilled about having to give them more money to recover crypto I lost due to a flaw in their system, and I wouldn't trust them going forward or recommend anyone buy their devices.

Definitely a nice wallet size credit card crypto safe which is sturdy and quite flexible and has a nice pattern/colour. Good price for the different coins you can store on it too. Unfortunately, it's not easy to use as the battery keeps dying whilst trying to create the 24 digit seed. It lasts about 5-10 minutes even after charging all day. I'm sure there's a better way, but not sure how at the moment.

Ce cold wallet est vraiment cool ! Le fait d'avoir un écran sur la carte et de pouvoir interagir avec est vraiment top! Les gens sont souvent étonnés de voir une telle carte! La batterie tiens longtemps même après plusieurs mois sans utilisation. L'application qui permet de gérer votre portefeuille est vraiment très simple d'utilisation. Par contre, sur le Cool Wallet S, vous ne pouvez stocker que très peu de cryptos (BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB...) les classiques quoi! Attention à ne pas casser le chargeur, qui est unique à la carte donc difficile à remplacer. Je recommande si vous souhaitez avoir un cold wallet stylé, mais très peu varié.

Product instructions are not clear! And very difficult to understand. Gives you no instructions on the actual transfer and how that's done! I purchased the product and it now sits on my shelf until I find someone who can use it!
