Q: Please help! I have idea how to install the driver?

I did not have to install a driver when I used it with ECM Spy software, Cable works perfectly with a windows based system.

Q: Will it work for a MacBook Pro?

If it has a USB port and you have the correct program to read your ecm.

Q: Will this work with a 2009 lightning xb12?

I can only say it works on my 03 xb9r with ecmspy supports is getting few and far between for our rides.

Q: Just purchased can't get ecmspy to connect I have a 2005 buell xb9r racing Ecu and exhaust any ideas

I had this exact same issue with the same setup ('05 XB9R with race ECM and exhaust). I thought that maybe the +/- pins were swapped as some people have had that issue with other cables, but this is a quality cable and mine came wired/terminated correctly. The issue I found is that the ECM I have is recognized as an '04 (BUEGB) and not the '05 race (B2RIB). I do not know if this is due to having an old '04 ECM with a race map (technically '05 model year was sold in '04) or if I was tricked by my local dealer and sold a stock '04 ECM.
